Favorite room

Kelly did a post on her favorite room and asked us to do the same so here goes.....

I really love my master bath. Not so much because of the decor because I am no designer and it is 16 yrs old, but more because of what it means. Long hot baths with no noise. Alone time. This really is about the only place that I can be alone to rest, relax, and recharge. I love the Relax sign. The lillies were painted on an old window by my sister Sandy and given to me as a Christmas gift a few years ago. If you click on the pictures to enlarge you can see that this room is in need of some deep cleaning. Oh well clean or not I can still relax in there. :)

Have a great day!
Blessings,

OH I love your bathroom. And great original thought. A room where you get alone time when you have boys your age is probably a great thing!!!!!

Lady, I need to come out my way and help the interior of this old house out! You have a great eye! (I have always thought that...)

I love your bathroom! I have the same glass canister with the cross top in my house. I put dried the flowers people sent after my surgery and put them in it. I never thought about using it in the bathroom.

Your Master Bathroom is nothing less than spectacular! I wish we lived near each other because I would seriously need your help in decorating mine!

BTW, where did you get the beautiful jar with the cross on top and the branches in the vase? Great, great touches!!!

Linda,
I totally dig your bathroom. And believe it or not I was thinking about the "favorite room" blog this evening and I was thinking "no one has done a bathroom". I'm so glad you did!! Love it!!

Blessings to you,

I'm loving the feather wreath over the tub. :) Everything looks very relaxing for sure. I can't remember the last time I had a real bath, but after seeing your room am wishing for one.

I am so loving your bathroom. Love all the textures with the curly willow and the feather wreath. Looks like the perfect place for a long hot soak in the tub. Thanks for sharing.

Your bath is so great....looks like a bath at a lavish spa! It is nice to have a private place to go and like the style there too!

Wonderful job Linda!

It is very warm and welcoming. I struggle with placing nice things on the counter - my husband hates stuff all over the counter! HA
