I know it has been a while and saying I am busy would be an understatement. Hubby has gone to Europe and I am trying to hold down the fort with work, school, soccer practices, games, and going away parties and it is only Wednesday. I am looking forward to his return on Friday. We will then leave for Alabama for a Soccer tournament. I am sure I am not the only one in the world who is busy but when you are in the midst of it it can sure seem like it. Oh and did I mention I am pmsing? Lucky for my husband because he is gone but my poor children. Satan is having a field day with me this week.

My nephew, Adam has made it overseas. He emailed us to let us know he made it. As the Lord leads please lift him and all the soldiers over there in prayer. We get caught up in our busy lives and forget there are a whole lot of families out there who are separated and are hurting.

I hope you all have a great day. I want to leave you with this:
Peace is not the subtraction of problems. It is the addition of power to meet those problems. (Dr.Adrian Rogers)
Blessings

Thanks for checking in with me. I am teaching through the Book of James and he simply demands on a beleif that behaves! Anything less is unacceptable and may even reveal the lack of genuine conversion. He is especially strong on the powerful use of words for good (teaching the Word) or evil. I have loved the study of James. He hits on a number of very practical topics for living the victorious Christian life. Strong stuff. Glad all is well with you and your cute family. Blessings.

Glad to hear Adam made it safely. Hope BIL and family are doing okay. I certainly know what it's like for your husband to travel. Mine was gone the first 6 months of our youngest child's life. It was certainly difficult trying to keep everything running in our household, working and nursing a newborn as well as having a 3 year old and 8.5 year old. Now when he travels it's just me and the animals. PMSing...I never knew what that was until I had our third child. Come to think of it, a LOT changed after the 3rd child! Hang in there and again, I LOVE the quote!
